My first ever 6x12 layouts!!

I HAVE FINALLY SCRAPPED!!! After what must be over 2 months, I have finally scrapped something for me!!! I tried my hand at the 6x12 layout, and I think I like it ;-)

The first one is my take on the Out of the Hat challenge this month. The criteria was to use a butterfly, buttons and bows, and a 4 word title ...

This one was a challenge at Scrap of Difference using Dimensional or Liquid Pearls. It was my first attempt at those products, and it's growing on me ...

31 cards!!!

I had a huge card making session last night, making 31 cards!!! I played around with some alcohol inks I bought at the craft show on the weekend, and then made some cards with scraps in my 'card making pieces' pile .... why does it take so much time to use up the scraps ... they just seem to go on forever when making cards. Anyway, no pics yet, but check back soon - hopefully I'll have some pics up later today, otherwise it will be the weekend - LOL!

Numbers Anyone?

I had the task of decorating some of the large Kaiser MDF numbers. I made some to suit a boy and some a bit girly. I've used different categories of Kaiser products, eg, brads, bling, paper, flowers etc. Here's what I came up with .... (oh, note to self ... taking pics with shadows is not desirable ....)

Bye for now!

Some Kaiser Projects

I had lots of fun making these for the Kaiser Outlet stores. The first one is a notebook (which was supposed to be a photo frame) but I decided to change it.

I've put some of my favourite recipes into this cupcake album.

There's no reason why you need to fill up every hole in a fram with a photo. I've used some rubons and patterned papers to add to this frame, and have used just one photo. I went a little crazy with the flowers too, but love the result.

And the Bird House! I love the result of this one.

I've been busy, but not much to show for it!!

The monthly challenges are up at Scraptherapy and there's a great theme this month ... Journeys! It's my last month of being officially on the Design Team (sob, sob), but my contract was up, and it was time to give someone else a go at the great job! So, good luck to the new girls - I'm sure they will be totally fabulous.

Here's what I created for my last 2 projects - the Card Challenge and the Theme Challenge.

Bye for now :)

Finally remembered to take the photo of my Out of the Hat layout too - I really love how this one has turned out and I've had this pic on my desk for ages waiting to do something with it.

I've been doing heaps more stuff for the Kaisercraft Factory Outlets in Robina, Browns Plains and Toowoomba too, but don't seem to have the pics ready to post ... another day perhaps :)
